    • Pan fried king scallops on a bed of raspberry coulis and parmesan foam topped with sweet chorizo black caviar

  • Crocchetta di Maiale
    • Deep fried pulled pork and smoked cheddar potato croquette, with smoked mayonnaise and a crispy onion crown

  • Regalino Caprino (V)
    • Roasted butternut squash tower, stacked with baked goat cheese and figs a drizzle of balsamic glaze, with rocket salad and a sprinkle of roasted hazelnuts

  • Tacchino Regalo
    • Turkey parcel wrapped in pancetta with cumberland sausage and cranberry stuffing with chestnut gravy and served with all the christmas trimmings and roasted potatoes

    • Pan fried seabass and red prawn rolled on a celeriac puree topped with crispy root veg and a chorizo flavoured breadcrumb

  • Bistecca San Giuseppe
    • Grilled 10oz sirloin steak served with creamy white onion puree, bacon marmalade, red wine reduction and crispy pancetta

    • Pasta parcel with delicious ricotta, parmesan, taleggio and pear filling, served on creamy pistachio sauce, rocket and parmesan shaving
